When people ask why I got into real estate, my answer always circles back to my purpose:

Early in my career, I heard something from a real estate instructor that stuck with me: “Real estate is about the relationship, not the transaction.” That truth resonated deeply and became the foundation of how I’ve built my business and how I now lead others.

Today, I focus on developing agents into business owners—helping them move beyond transactions and into building sustainable, relationship-driven careers. My passion lies in coaching agents through performance plateaus and into growth, using proven strategies and personalized support.
